Exciting Week Ahead as Gliders Boys Enter Semi-Finals

What a fantastic weekend it has been for the club, highlighted by the incredible achievement of our U18 Girls. Once again, huge congratulations to them on a truly historic season.

Now, attention turns to the boys, with an impressive five teams set to compete in semi-finals this week. Even more encouraging is that four of these teams are competing at Division 1 level, a clear reflection of the club’s continued growth, development, and ambition.

The action tips off today with our U14 boys facing Portlaoise Panthers at 6:00pm, followed by our U16 boys at 8:30pm, who also take on Portlaoise Panthers. With a full schedule of exciting matchups ahead, it promises to be a highly competitive and thrilling week of basketball.

We wish all our players and coaches the very best of luck as they take to the court. Your hard work and dedication throughout the season have brought you to this stage, now it’s time to seize the moment.

For those looking to keep the basketball energy going, there’s plenty more to enjoy. Our Ladies team will be in action on Tuesday night at 7:30pm in KTCS, while the Men’s Red team plays tonight at 7:30pm in St Conleth’s. The Men’s Blue team will also take to the floor in St Conleth’s on Thursday.
